One of several neighboring apartments, offering the possibility of booking or renting accommodation in Wroclaw for a group in one location.
Fully furnished and equipped modern one-bedroom apartment in the center of Wroclaw, just 350 meters from the Main Railway Station and 950 meters from the Wroclaw Market Square. This location provides maximum centralization and proximity to most of Wroclaw's tourist attractions, combined with comfort and modernity.
The 23 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building (no elevator) and consists of a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
Apartment amenities:
- Kitchen – dining table with chairs, kitchen cabinets, utensils, and appliances necessary for cooking (stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle);
- Bedroom – bed with orthopedic mattress (140*200 cm), bedside tables, convertible soft chair, spacious wardrobe, TV, work desk;
- Bathroom – sink with cabinets, shower cabin, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer.
The maximum number of sleeping places in the apartment is 3 (2+1).
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are grocery stores (Żabka, Biedronka, Carrefour), numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and of course, tourist attractions.
You can park your car in a free space next to the building; reservation of parking space is not available.
According to the rules, check-in is from 15:00 in a contactless form; earlier check-in is possible by prior arrangement and if such an option is available from I&M Apartments. Check-out is scheduled for 11:00. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. We also kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Payment for apartment rental services (accommodation services) is made by bank transfer; providing VAT invoices is possible.
