Fully furnished and equipped modern two-bedroom apartment in the center of Wroclaw, just 650 meters from Wroclaw Market Square. This location provides maximum central placement and proximity to most of Wroclaw's tourist attractions, combined with comfort and modernity. The apartment, with a size of 40 sqm, is located on the 2nd floor of an 18-story building (with elevators) and consists of a living room connected with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a hallway. Additionally, the apartment features a large balcony.
Apartment facilities:
Living room - a sofa bed (convertible), a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a TV; in the kitchen area - a dining table with stools, kitchen furniture, dishes, and necessary appliances for cooking (stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle);
Bedroom - a bed with an orthopedic mattress (160x200 cm), bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe;
Bathroom - a washbasin with a cabinet, a shower cabin, a toilet, a washing machine, a hairdryer.
The maximum number of sleeping places in the apartment is 4 (2+2).
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are grocery stores (Żabka, Avocado), numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and, of course, tourist attractions.
Parking is available in the underground garage for an additional fee and with prior reservation.
According to the rules, check-in is from 15:00 in a contactless form. Early check-in is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability from I&M Apartments. Check-out is until 11:00. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Payment for apartment rental (accommodation services) is made by bank transfer, and VAT invoices can be provided.
