One of the two neighboring apartments, offering the possibility to combine both apartments in one location. A fully furnished and equipped duplex apartment in the center of Wrocław, just 250 meters from Wrocław Główny railway station and 950 meters from Wrocław Market Square. The 40 sqm accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building (no elevator) and consists of a living room, a sleeping area on the second level adjacent to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a corridor.
Apartment Facilities:
- Living Room: sofa (convertible), coffee table, cabinet, TV, wardrobe, working desk with chair.
- Sleeping Area (second level): bed with orthopedic mattress (140x200 cm).
- Kitchen: fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities for dining and cooking (including stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle), dining table with chairs.
- Bathroom: washbasin with cabinet, shower cabin, toilet, wall cabinets, washing machine, hairdryer.
- Corridor: spacious wardrobe, ironing table, and iron.

The apartment windows overlook Rejtana Street. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are grocery stores (Żabka), numerous restaurants, cafes, shopping centers (Wroclavia, Renoma, Arkady Wrocławskie), as well as the railway station, bus station, and Market Square in Wrocław.
Parking is available on the street next to the building (paid municipal parking).
According to the rules, check-in is from 15:00 in a contactless form. Earlier check-in is possible upon prior agreement and availability from I&M Apartments. Check-out is until 11:00. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Payment for the apartment rental services is made via bank transfer, and the provision of VAT invoices is possible.
