One of several apartments nearby, allowing for booking or renting accommodation in Wroclaw for a group in one location.
A fully furnished and equipped modern one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Wroclaw, just 350 meters from the Main Railway Station and 950 meters from the Market Square. This location provides maximum centrality and proximity to most of Wroclaw's tourist attractions, combined with comfort and modernity.
The 25 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building (no elevator) and consists of a kitchen-studio, bedroom, and bathroom.
Apartment equipment:
- Kitchen-studio - dining table with chairs, sofa, kitchen furniture, utensils, and household appliances necessary for cooking (stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle);
- Bedroom - bed with orthopedic mattress (140*200 cm), bedside tables, spacious wardrobe, TV;
- Bathroom - washbasin with cabinets, shower cabin, toilet, hairdryer.
The maximum number of sleeping places in the apartment is 4 (2+2).
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are grocery stores (Żabka, Biedronka, Carrefour), numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and, of course, tourist attractions.
You can leave your car in a free space next to the building; reservation is not required.
According to the rules, check-in is from 15:00 in a contactless form, earlier check-in is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability from I&M Apartments. Check-out is until 11:00. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. We also kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Payment for apartment rental services (accommodation services) is made by bank transfer, and providing confirming documents (VAT invoices) is possible.
