One of several apartments located next to each other, providing the possibility of booking or renting accommodation in Wroclaw for a group in one location. Fully furnished and equipped modern two-room apartment in the center of Wroclaw, just 650 meters from the Wroclaw Market Square. This location ensures maximum centrality and proximity to most of Wroclaw's tourist attractions, combined with comfort and modernity. The apartment, with an area of 49 square meters, is located on the 15th floor of an 18-story building (with elevators) and consists of a living room connected with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a hallway. Additionally, the apartment features a balcony.
Apartment equipment:
Living room - double sofa (non-convertible), coffee table, chest of drawers, TV; in the kitchen area - dining table with stools, kitchen furniture, dishes, and necessary household appliances for cooking (stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle);
Bedroom - bed with an orthopedic mattress (160x200 cm), bedside tables, spacious wardrobe;
Bathroom - washbasin with cabinet, shower cabin, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer.
The maximum number of sleeping places in the apartment is 2.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are grocery stores (Żabka, Avocado), numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and, of course, tourist attractions.
It is possible to leave a car in the underground parking of the building for an additional fee and by prior reservation.
According to the rules, check-in is from 3:00 PM in a contactless form. Early check-in is possible upon prior agreement and subject to availability from I&M Apartments. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Payment for the apartment rental (accommodation services) is made by bank transfer, and the issuance of VAT invoices is possible.
