Fully furnished and equipped modern three-room apartment in the center of Wroclaw. The apartment, measuring 50 square meters, is located on the 4th floor of an 18-story building (with elevators) and consists of a living room connected with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a corridor. Additionally, the apartment features 2 balconies, and the windows are equipped with blinds.

Apartment equipment:

Living room - a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a TV; in the kitchen area - a dining table with stools, kitchen furniture, utensils, and household appliances necessary for meal preparation (stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle);

Bedroom 1 - a bed with an orthopedic mattress (160x200 cm), bedside tables;

Bedroom 2 - a bed with an orthopedic mattress (140x200 cm), bedside tables, a desk with a chair;

Bathroom - a washbasin with a cabinet, a shower cabin, a toilet, a washing machine, a hairdryer;

Wardrobe - an ironing board, an iron, a clothes hanger, shelves.

The maximum number of sleeping places in the apartment is 6 (2+2+2).

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are grocery stores (Żabka, Avocado), numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and, of course, tourist attractions.

You can leave your car in the underground parking for an additional fee and by prior reservation.

According to the rules, check-in is from 15:00 in a contactless form, early check-in is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability from I&M Apartments. Check-out is until 11:00. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

Payment for apartment rental (accommodation services) is made by bank transfer, and it is possible to provide VAT invoices as confirmation.
