One of several neighboring apartments, offering the opportunity to book or rent accommodations for a group in one location in Wrocław. This fully furnished and equipped two-room apartment is situated in the center of Wrocław, just 150 meters from the Wrocław Market Square. This location provides a highly central position and proximity to most of Wrocław's tourist attractions, the atmosphere of old Wrocław, while also offering peace and tranquility not typically found on the market square. The 51-square-meter accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building (no elevator) and consists of a living room combined with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a corridor.

Apartment equipment:

Living room - a corner sofa (convertible), a single sofa bed (convertible), a comfortable armchair with a footstool, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a TV; in the kitchen area - a high table with bar stools, kitchen furniture, utensils, and household appliances necessary for cooking (stove, oven with microwave function, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle);

Bedroom - a bed with an orthopedic mattress (160x200 cm), a spacious sliding door wardrobe, an ironing table and iron, a desk with a chair;

Bathroom - a washbasin with cabinets, a shower cabin, a toilet, a washing machine, a hairdryer;

Corridor - a spacious wardrobe.

The maximum number of sleeping places in the apartment is 5 (2+2+1).

The apartment windows overlook an inner courtyard. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are grocery stores (Żabka), numerous restaurants, cafes, shopping centers (Galeria Dominikańska), and, of course, tourist attractions. The train and bus stations are also a 20-minute walk away.

Parking is available in the inner courtyard of the building. Reservation of parking space is not provided.

According to the rules, check-in is from 15:00 in a contactless form, earlier check-in is possible by prior arrangement and if there is such a possibility on the part of I&M Apartments. Check-out is scheduled until 11:00. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. We also kindly ask for quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

Payment for apartment rental (accommodation services) is made by bank transfer, and the provision of VAT invoices is possible.
